Job Description:

The mission of a Kitchen Hospitality Professional is to maintain a very high standard in all areas of kitchen operations and food safety to ensure every guest receives a consistent food experience of excellence with regards to food quality, presentation and speed of service. 

 

Expected Outcomes of Job Role

  1. Provides ReMarkable Service 
  • Effectively assembles orders
  • Follows standards for proper presentation of orders
  • Ensures accuracy of orders
  • Communicates effectively with the front counter and drive-thru team about wait times and when to park cars
  • Provides a sense of urgency
  • Proper food quality and monitoring
  • Upholds organizational standards to increase proficiency
  • Monitoring/preventing waste by following proper tracking
 

  1. Maintains and provides an Excellent Environment 
  • Ensures a clean and sanitized food contact surface before and after preparing food and at least every 4 hours for ongoing tasks
  • Ensures a clean and inviting kitchen environment; this includes walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents and equipment
  • Always prepared for Steritech or Deloitte visits by following required food quality and safety procedures and checks
 

  1. Exhibits Proficient Understanding of Chick-fil-A Brand & Product Knowledge
  • Able to correctly assemble all menu products
  • Able to properly use all equipment related to the kitchen
 

  1. Performs at a High Standard of Proficiency in Assigned Kitchen Stations
  • Kitchen team members will be trained in a minimum of three kitchen stations
  • Exhibits knowledge of assigned Pathway training modules required to work station
  • Stays current on Pathway updates and new product rollouts for assigned stations
